MAPLE LEAF SIPS SMART HOME
This green new construction smart home was designed with SIPS panels which are 15 times more airtight than conventional construction homes. This project is spec’d for Inovelli smart switches to easily control the lighting from the comfort of your mobile phone or tablet. The electrical service is larger to accommodate an EV charger and an on demand electric water heater.
MAPLE LEAF SIPS HOME
Dunham Electric has completed another SIPS home in the maple leaf neighborhood of Seattle. This 2,000 square foot home has a view of downtown Seattle from the Master bedroom. The cozy home is wired for a Heat pump, EV charger, and a media panel for your entertainment
HALLER LAKE BACKYARD COTTAGE
Backyard cottages (DADU's) have become very popular in the Seattle area. This project will have a finished open ceiling. Two floors with a small kitchen, water closet, living room, 2nd floor loft with a 3/4 bath.
GREENLAKE TRIPLEX
This remodeled Greenlake Triplex is unique and one of a kind. There are three spacious 900 square foot rentable units. The basement unit will accommodate persons with disabilities and meet ADA requirements. The rough in stage is completed and signed off by SDCI. Dunham Electric will be back for the final trim stages of the project
